Just a quick email to say a big thank you for all you and your team did to make our big event on Saturday night at the Victoria Hall a great success. Nothing was too much trouble for Heather and John and their colleagues, and they all moved quietly and efficiently around all the guests. At the end of the evening they were more than helpful too for loading up our car with all the leftover wine and decorations, when we wouldn’t have been surprised if they ahd wanted to set off home. The food was really lovely too especially the beef wellington which has to be hard to do for such a big number – it was so tender and not overcooked at all. Delicious all round and we received many compliments. The band seemed perfectly happy with the dining arrangements made for them too.
Everything seemed to go accordingly and it made the whole evening a total success and very happy occasion for all, so we would be more than happy to recommend you and your fab team to anyone who needs caterers or if indeed we have any more events in the future that need your expert attention!

Just wanted to send you a line to say how much we enjoyed the Buffet food at the Big Band night on Saturday. The food was absolutely superb and really made the evening for us.There were many compliments from the people around our table too.
